COVID-19 questions

Will the pharmacy stay open?

Our hours have not changed. As an essential service, our pharmacies and home delivery capability will remain open and available to you. As long as our clinic partners are open, our kiosks are available for customers to pick up their prescriptions.

Will you still be able to deliver to me?

Free delivery has always been and will continue to be a core part of what we do.

What precautions are (the pharmacies and delivery drivers) taking to reduce risk?

The health and safety of our patients is our number one priority so cleanliness, hygiene and a commitment to quality is a standard practice in all of our pharmacies. We have also begun a ‘safe delivery’ program, which allows couriers to maintain a safe distance from patients when delivering medication.

Should I worry about medication shortage?

We source from multiple suppliers, carry significant inventory and, wherever possible, are ensuring patients have the maximum supply of their medication at home. Please contact the pharmacy if you would like assistance.

What precautions should I be taking to stay safe?

  • Social distancing: The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.
  • Wash your hands: Wash your hands well with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
  • Keep your hands away from your face: Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
