App & Portal Updates

As we continue to grow, we strive to make improvements to our patient experience. As of September 23, 2022, we will be disabling our mobile app and online portal to make enhancements. During this time you will no longer be able to access the portal or mobile app.

If you have any questions, please refer to our FAQs below, give us a call at 1-844-477-6879, fill out a Pharmacy Request ticket below, or talk with your clinic account manager while visiting your doctor.


I heard that the SpotRx app is going away. Will this affect my service if I don’t use the app? If you fill your prescriptions through the kiosk or home delivery and usually call the pharmacy, your service will remain unchanged.


Will the app be replaced? Right now, we’re exploring the most popular ways our patients interact with SpotRx. We want to be sure that we’re giving you all the information you need, when you need it, in the way you like to have it delivered. While we won’t be replacing the mobile app, we will be replacing the web app.


Will this affect kiosk pickup in any way? Kiosk pickup and delivery will be unaffected by this change.

Will I still be able to use my computer to order refills? Along with the app, we are also working to update our online portal. We will be sure to keep patients informed as we progress. In the meantime, please speak with your Clinic Account Manager or pharmacist, or fill out the Pharmacy Request ticket below.

Will I still get text reminders about my refills? Yes! Refill reminders will still go out, but they will look different because we will no longer send you the customized URL to access the web portal. We will likely set up something similar, but we need to figure out what that looks like!

What is the best way to contact the pharmacy with questions? You can always reach out by phone to your pharmacy or speak with your clinic account manager.

We will be sending out follow-up communications when the new web portal is active.
