When you place an order for kiosk pick up from your mobile or web app, you will receive a pickup barcode. This barcode can be scanned at the kiosk to speed up your visit, as it will tell the pharmacy who the order is for and which items are in the order. If you have ordered multiple items and have more than one barcode, you will only need to scan one at the kiosk. At the kiosk, tap the “Mobile/Web Order Pickup” button. Place your phone in the bay when prompted at the kiosk, ensuring the phone is lying flat and the screen is bright. Once the barcode has been scanned, you will be prompted to enter your PIN, and then you can proceed with the pickup. At any time, you can contact the pharmacy for assistance by tapping the button on the screen to request help.

Tip: Make sure your phone is on the brightest setting.

 

Do I need a barcode to pick up my prescription?

No, you don’t need to have the app to use one of our kiosks. You can place an order right at a kiosk and get your medications. However, the app helps speed up the process and lets you pick up non-prescription products at the kiosk using a barcode!
