  4. I received an email request to access my profile. What does this mean?

When someone submits a request to link their profile to yours, you will receive an email to confirm that this is ok. Another user will not be granted access to your pharmacy profile until you approve the request. To approve the link request, you must click the link in the email. If you receive a request from someone who you do not know or do not want to grant access to, please contact the pharmacy at 1.800.715.1354 and do not click the link in the email.
