Resetting password or PIN number

On the app sign-in page, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address to receive a reset password link. Tap Send.

If you have not yet verified your email address as part of the signup process, you will need to do so before resetting your password. If you are unable to verify your email, please contact us at 1-844-4SPOTRX (1-844-477-6879).


PIN Reset:

When prompted to input PIN, select the Reset PIN link. You can also reset via the kiosk or by calling us at 1-844-4SPOTRX (1-844-477-6879).

Previous Managing spouse and dependent’s profiles
Next Update or change personal information (insurance, phone number, address, etc.)
